The always genuine Neves said, "I have waited for this opportunity for 20 years. I know what I have to do. I am doing something that I love so I never complain. We need time (to gel as a team). FD (President and General Manager Phoday Dolleh) believes in me. He believes in my job, We need time now. My style is nice and simple, give your best, keep the ball on the ground, pass and communicate".
